Per reporting on the injury, Barkley suffered a stinger and headed to the medical tent on the sideline before eventually going to the locker room. Yahoo Sports reported he was questionable to return.
The Eagles' struggles extended beyond the backfield. Jalen Hurts was picked off early in the game, and the Titans took an early 7-0 lead on a touchdown from Cam Ward, per Pro Football Talk and Yahoo Sports.
