The Bears are signing Scotty Miller to their practice squad, per ESPN's Adam Schefter. Miller, 29, is a veteran receiver who was originally drafted by the Buccaneers in the sixth round of the 2019 draft.
Miller played out the final year of his four-year rookie deal with Tampa Bay, which carried $2.6 million in total value and $127,480 guaranteed. He then signed a one-year contract with another team before landing with Chicago on the current deal.
