The Cleveland Browns are releasing wide receiver Cedric Tillman, ESPN's Adam Schefter reported Thursday.

Tillman, 26, was drafted by Cleveland in the third round of the 2023 NFL Draft out of Tennessee. He signed a four-year rookie deal worth $5.6 million through 2026. In 2025, Tillman appeared in 13 games for the Browns. The move comes as the team prepares its initial 53-man roster, with one source noting that Cleveland spent two early 2026 draft picks on wide receivers.

The decision represents an early roster adjustment ahead of the Browns' final preseason game Thursday night.
