The Arizona Cardinals will start rookie quarterback Carson Beck in Thursday's Hall of Fame Game against the Carolina Panthers in Canton, Ohio, according to coach Mike LaFleur.
Beck, a third-round pick, will get his first chance to play in game action for the Cardinals. The Hall of Fame Game serves as the NFL's opening preseason contest each year.
