The Dallas Cowboys have agreed to a three-year, $105.9 million extension with defensive tackle Quinnen Williams, the team announced Monday. Williams had two years remaining on his previous deal.
The new agreement includes $101 million in guaranteed money, per multiple outlets. CBS Sports reported the deal also contains $63.35 million fully guaranteed at signing. Cowboys executive Stephen Jones said Williams "represents everything [the Cowboys] want in a football player," according to the reporting.
Williams was acquired by Dallas ahead of last season's trade deadline in a deal with the New York Jets. His extension comes as defensive tackles have secured significant contracts this offseason.
