The Dallas Cowboys have agreed to a three-year extension with tight end Brevyn Spann-Ford, his agent Mike McCartney announced on social media. Per NFL Trade Rumors, the deal is worth $18 million with $12.075 million guaranteed, keeping Spann-Ford under contract through the 2029 season.
Spann-Ford, 26, signed with the Cowboys as an undrafted free agent. ESPN reported the extension was part of a larger move by Dallas to lock up players before the restricted free agent market opens when the season ends, with the team also agreeing to a deal with receiver Ryan Flournoy on the same day.
