The Cubs are backed into a corner after an 8-0 Game 1 loss to the Padres in the National League wild card round. Chicago will turn to RHP Kevin Gausman for Game 2, while San Diego will start Nick Pivetta. First pitch is scheduled for 9 p.m. central time Wednesday.
It could be the end of the Cubs season if the Padres eliminate them at Petco Park. The game will be broadcast on Sportsnet, among other outlets.
