The Philadelphia Eagles waived wide receiver Johnny Wilson with an injury designation, the team announced. Yahoo Sports reported that Wilson, a former sixth-round pick, has dealt with injuries throughout the offseason.
The waiver came as part of a larger round of roster moves. The Eagles signed center Zeke Correll and wide receiver Brandon Hayes, per NFL Trade Rumors. The team also placed cornerback Tariq Castro-Fields on the injured reserve list. Hayes has bounced on and off the roster since late spring, according to Bleeding Green Nation.
The moves come in the final weeks before the Eagles finalize their 53-man roster.
