The New York Yankees placed center fielder Trent Grisham on the 10-day injured list with a right hamstring strain prior to Saturday's game against the San Diego Padres. The team recalled outfielder Jasson Domínguez from Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre to take his roster spot.

One outlet noted that the Yankees have other options to fill the gap in the outfield, and suggested that AL MVP Aaron Judge could soon be among the available players as he continues his ramp-up for return from his own injury.
