Running back Najee Harris has agreed to a one-year contract with the New York Giants, according to multiple reports. Per NFL Trade Rumors, Harris completed a successful visit with the Giants on Monday before signing the deal.
Harris, 28, spent his recent seasons with the Pittsburgh Steelers. According to NFL Trade Rumors, he is fully healthy after an Achilles injury that cut short his 2025 season. One outlet noted Harris was a four-time 1,000-yard rusher, while another reported he was a two-year starter at Alabama who earned first-team All-American honors and won the Doak Walker Award.
Pro Football Talk reported that Harris will play for another Harbaugh in 2026, a reference to Giants head coach Brian Kahlbaugh. The signing adds veteran depth to New York's running back room, according to multiple reports.
