Meanwhile, the 76ers officially signed veteran wing Kentavious Caldwell-Pope after he was bought out by Memphis roughly two weeks prior. The 33-year-old gave up $3.88 million in his previous contract to join Philadelphia. In other moves, the Rockets waived guard JD Davison, whose $2.58 million salary remained entirely non-guaranteed despite Houston picking up its 2026/27 team option on him in June.
