The Orioles scored seven runs in the sixth inning with the bases empty and two outs to put the game away. Colton Cowser hit a two-run homer in the inning, while Christian Encarnacion-Strand had a three-run double. Jackson Holliday drove in three runs overall, and Pete Alonso added two RBIs. Trevor Rogers pitched six innings and allowed two runs for Baltimore.

The victory marks Baltimore's third consecutive win in the series as it chases the final wild-card spot in the AL.
