The New England Patriots have signed tight end Hunter Henry to a two-year contract extension, keeping their starting tight end and team captain through 2028. Henry, 31, has spent the last five seasons in New England.
According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, the extension is worth up to $20 million with $14.5 million guaranteed and includes a $4.2 million signing bonus. The deal's base value is $16 million, per NFL Trade Rumors.
Henry, a former second-round pick, remains a central piece of the Patriots offense heading forward.
