Former Dallas Cowboys quarterback and CBS broadcaster Tony Romo faces three new citations stemming from his arrest last month in Milwaukee on suspicion of operating while intoxicated, according to multiple outlets.

Romo has not publicly addressed the arrest since it occurred more than a month ago, though he has responded through a spokesperson. According to Yahoo Sports, Romo is due in court on September 21. The outlet also noted it's unclear whether he will continue calling games for CBS Sports.

The charges stem from a July arrest in Milwaukee County, per court records reported by Yahoo Sports.
