The Seattle Seahawks have officially signed cornerback Terrion Arnold, the team announced Saturday. In the move, Seattle waived offensive tackle Derrick Graham, per NFL Trade Rumors.

Arnold will be placed on the NFL's commissioner's exempt list upon the league receiving his contract, according to multiple reports. While on the exempt list, Arnold is not permitted to practice or play for the Seahawks.

The former first-round pick faces several felony charges related to a kidnapping arrest in February. Arnold had his first court appearance in late June after turning himself in on four charges, per NFL Trade Rumors.
