Commanders left tackle Laremy Tunsil will undergo surgery to repair a torn triceps, ESPN reported. The injury forced Tunsil out of practice on Saturday.
During his Monday press conference, Commanders head coach Dan Quinn discussed the injury but stopped short of providing a specific timeline for Tunsil's return. "We'll know more about Laremy Tunsil's timeline after surgery," Quinn said, per Pro Football Talk.
In the meantime, Brandon Coleman will take over for Tunsil at left tackle, while Josh Conerly Jr. will remain in his current role, per Yahoo Sports.
