Cleveland has decided to start Watson for Week One of the NFL season. The Browns will be playing against the Jaguars in Jacksonville on Sept 13 at 1:00pm local time. Watson was named starter after going 16 for 27 for 162 yards, no touchdowns and one interception over two preseason games.
