The Saints placed running back Travis Etienne on injured reserve Thursday, head coach Kellen Moore announced. Etienne sustained a hamstring injury that will sideline him for at least the next four games, ESPN reported.
Moore had indicated earlier in the week that Etienne would miss time with the injury before confirming the move to injured reserve.
