The Seahawks have placed first-round pick Jadarian Price on injured reserve due to a chest injury, per multiple reports. According to ESPN's Adam Schefter, Price was placed on IR on Saturday. The injury was initially sustained in Week 2 and then aggravated during practice on Wednesday, Seahawks head coach Mike Macdonald said.
Price will miss at least four games, meaning the rookie will be sidelined through at least November. The Seahawks ruled him out for their Week 4 matchup against the Chargers. With Price on the shelf, Emanuel Wilson and George Holani will handle the backfield duties during what one report described as a grueling stretch.
