The ACC announced its 2027 conference opponents Wednesday as the league moves to a nine-game conference schedule. Per ESPN and CBS Sports, 16 of the conference's 17 teams will play nine league games in 2027, marking the first time the ACC has adopted a nine-game league slate.
Among the notable matchups unveiled are several reunions between former divisional rivals. Virginia will face Miami for the first time since 2023, while Virginia Tech will play North Carolina for the first time since 2022, according to Yahoo Sports. Both the Cavaliers and Hokies had been separated from their former Coastal Division opponents following conference realignment.
