Edgerrin Cooper's season is over. Per NFL Network's Ian Rapoport, an MRI confirmed that the Packers linebacker tore his Achilles during Green Bay's 17-14 victory over the Buccaneers on Sunday. Cooper was carted off the field, and the team initially feared the injury would be season-ending—a concern now confirmed by testing.

Cooper, 24, was a two-year starter at Texas A&M and earned first-team All-American honors.
