Marcus Mariota exited the Commanders' game against the Colts in London on Sunday after suffering a right knee injury early in the contest. Per ESPN, Mariota left the field during the team's second offensive series, forcing Washington to turn to seventh-round rookie Athan Kaliakmanis at quarterback.
Yahoo Sports reported that Mariota was ruled out for the remainder of Week 4. The injury compounds an already dire situation for the Commanders, who were already without starting quarterback Jayden Daniels in the contest.
