A video has been discovered showing Eiji Sawamura, a legendary pitcher from the early days of NPB, pitching at a stadium in Nagasaki. The stadium was later destroyed by the atomic bombing, making this a historically valuable recording. Sawamura himself was killed in action in the Philippines in 1944
