Insight into the Jacksonville Ball Boy situation as a former CFB Equipment Staffer

Wrote a couple comments on this but I’m bored at work and it’s a Tuesday so decided to write a larger post. Obviously everyone’s seen the strange situation in Jacksonville where Josh Hines-Allen and a Patriots Ball Boy got into an altercation over the ball from Travis Hunter’s first career interception. I’m a former Equipment Staffer/Ball Boy for a Power 5 (Is that still a thing? Was when I was there) CFB team and have some insights into why and how this happened.
