Ronald Acuña Jr. made history on Wednesday, becoming the fastest player in major league history to reach 200 home runs and 200 stolen bases. Per ESPN, Acuña hit a three-run homer in the Braves' 9-0 win over the Washington Nationals to complete the milestone.
Yahoo Sports noted that Acuña had not hit a home run since August 15 before Wednesday's historic blast. The Braves' victory came as part of what one outlet described as a complete offensive and pitching performance, with Sean Murphy also contributing four RBIs in the game.
