The Chicago Bears activated left tackle Ozzy Trapilo from the Physically Unable to Perform list on Sunday, per Windy City Gridiron. Trapilo ruptured his patellar tendon in the Bears' Wild Card win over the Packers in January, making the activation roughly eight months after the injury.

With Trapilo's activation, he is now able to participate in practices and preseason games. In related moves, the Bears waived defensive back K.C. Eziomume, wide receiver Kyron Hudson, and defensive back Gervarrius Owens, all of whom received injury settlements, per NFL Trade Rumors.

Trapilo, 24, was a four-star recruit and the 18th-ranked offensive tackle in the 2020 class.
