The Anaheim Ducks will retire Ryan Getzlaf's No. 15 during a ceremony on January 30, according to multiple outlets. Getzlaf played his entire 17-year NHL career with the Ducks, serving as the franchise's longest-tenured captain and leading scorer before retiring in April 2022.

With the retirement, the Ducks will never issue the number again. Getzlaf joins other veteran Ducks players in having his number retired by the organization.
