The Mets have activated Juan Soto from the 10-day injured list, the team announced Saturday. Infielder Eric Wagaman was optioned to Triple-A in the corresponding move. Soto's activation came without a rehab stint, per Amazin' Avenue.

Soto had been sidelined since July 24 with a left calf strain, marking more than a month on the injured list. This follows an earlier right calf strain that cost him roughly three weeks, per MLB Trade Rumors. The five-time All-Star's return gives the Mets their prized slugger back for the team's final stretch of the season.
