The Eagles have elevated tight ends Zach Ertz and Josiah Deguara for Sunday's game against the Rams, per multiple outlets. Per Tim McManus, the moves come ahead of Week 4.
Ertz, 35, is a former second-round pick of the Eagles in 2013. He was traded to the Cardinals during the 2021 season for cornerback Tay Gowan and a 2022 fifth-round pick.
Under NFL rules, teams are permitted to temporarily elevate up to two practice squad players per game. A player can be elevated up to three times during the regular season.
